Artist:Almost a Square

Kicking the year of 2013 off with a bang! The boys from Almost a Square opened their year and the stage for none other than Jackass Star BAM MARGERA in early 2013 after a face stomping set the boys raced forward. Playing non-stop since, not a single month has gone by without the guys playing at least one show and up to this point have shared the stage with many great local bands (Salacious, Thanartist, Fifth Day of Ice and plenty more) and some pretty impressive acts such as Northlane, Boris the Blade and Cairns very own A Night In Texas. Even when they have a little time to spare they spend it writing or recording, like they did with their 'As Lions EP' in early June, a EP that was recorded in it's entirety in one night and produced in less than a week thanks to the masterful Malcolm Elms. Stay tuned to Almost a Square as they are definitely a band to keep your eyes and ears locked onto.
