    About

Andrew P. McLeod doesn't feel like a singer-songwriter but he admits it's probably the most apt description of his music. While most of his live performances are solo, his recordings often include lush instrumentation and many layers of sound. His sound draws together a wide range of influences, from Delta Blues, doo-wop, '60s pop, '70s folk and straight out rock and roll. He has worked in studios throughout the state and honed his songwriting skills with a wonderful clique of musicians in the Central West, including Matt Williamson, Tony Farlow and Stephen Robinson. He now lives in Newcastle with his favourite Maton and his steel-bodied guitar.
