Andy Gordon is a Kangaroo Valley songwriter and story teller searching for heart and hope. A purveyor of sparse alternate folk and grand finalist 2013 Australian MusicOz Awards World/Folk Genre, for Andy it's all about open space, the story, the living and the making of music. Together with Syd Green they make art that hints at the whole, conjures the complete but allows the listener to fill in the gaps. Music to be listened to and absorbed. Andy is influenced by the west texan sound of Buddy Miller and the honesty of Mary Gauthier.
