Fronting Melbourne trio Lynchpin for the past six years, Andy diligently worked in the engine room providing the band with a catalogue of well crafted songs and leading them into live battle with his considerable vocal skills & definitive guitar talents. 2006 has seen a shift in momentum and the task of Andy?s first solo project No Name Gallery due for release early in 2007. This project re unites Andy with friends & colleagues Richard Pleasance & Teddy Cleaver as well as co-opting some of the finest players in the country for the recording sessions and live performances. The imminent release of No Name Gallery and the emergence of Andy Kirkland as a solo artist promises to be a re-birth of original Australian music in 2007 and beyond.
