Artist:Angus Oastler

Growing up on the southern Gold Coast of Australia. He began making up songs from the top of his head at around 11-12 years old. After getting a little nylon string guitar for his birthday he started getting guitar lessons as a hobbie, just to keep him occupied. Picking up on grunge music, alternative rock and metal bands. While never quite grasping the whole teen angst thing, it was inevitable that it would be incorporating into his writing and the way he played. Music became his companion throughout his teens and in high school to where he is now... reaching into his 20's, studying in his final year in the BPM at Griffith University on the Gold Coast. He's been playing primarily acoustic shows at Genki Cafe, the Barberoy in Coolangatta, JR's Smokehouse (formely Sunhouse), the Loft at Chevron Island and the Hidden Cafe in Tugun.
