Bio

Anieszka is a 25 year old Mauritian/Australian alt-R&B/soul artist. She has been living and breathing music since the age of 2, however recently made the decision to pursue music full time and make this dream of hers a reality.
At the age of 15, she released a self-titled EP through iTunes. In the years that followed, she performed in over five different countries, co-hosted radio shows in Australia and Mauritius and grew as an artist and as an individual.
In recent years, she released two singles, which varied in genres, allowing Anieszka to experiment in her creativity and ideas. ‘Fall into You,’ released in 2016, encompassed a pop/R&B feel whilst ‘Vibe’, released in 2017, had more of an R&B/dance feel. Earlier this year, Anieszka released ‘Alchemy,’ a soul tune produced by Peter Holz (Gang of Youths, Olly Murs, Peking Duk) which set the mood for what’s to follow - soulful, honest and different.

At present, Anieszka is in the final stages of putting her new EP ‘Elixir’ together, which is expected to be released in the next couple of months. Grow is the first release from ‘Elixir’ and is a taste of what’s to come. Put simply, the EP is an honest expression of who Anieszka is, through music.

Anieszka finds it difficult to place herself in a specific genre, however would say she dabbles in R&B/Soul and pop. She has come to the conclusion that music does not need to be separated and defined. She wants to break down these creative barriers that have been placed on artists for many years. She's authentic and does not seek approval, she just wants to sing her truth and truly connect to people on a soul level.

Super pretty vocal, putting me straight into the ether. Reminds me a bit of JOY!

Gorgeous vocals but agree with Max re: arrangement, feel it's lacking a lil somethin' somethin'. But keep it coming, I want to hear what else you are working on!

wonderful control to your vocals, and you do a bunch with it. I think the arrangement could do more around it. Glad to have heard this today, will keep an ear out for more.
