Artist:Anna Paddick

Anna Paddick is an accomplished singer/songwriter and has been performing live for the past 8 years. Together with Ben Paddick (guitar), Christian Meyer (guitar), and Stuart West (bass) she formed AP&TS. Trained by Melbourne’s top musicians, Anna’s musical personality has been shaped within a wide range of styles, including Jazz, Blues, Classical and R’n‘B. She draws upon her experiences in her song writing and live performances. If you were to ask Anna about music she’d say this: "Music allows me to sweep aside everything that clouds my judgment, and to present myself as I purely am. It’s also the most socially acceptable way I have found, to stand up and say, 'Hey everyone! I reckon this might be the way it is.' For me there is nothing more appealing than connecting and being understood. When I sing I am inviting strangers to know me. That can be an awkward thing to do otherwise.
