Lo-fi progressive pop from aplegate, a 17 year old musician living deep in the Australian bushlands of Castlemaine, Victoria. "Young Satin" is the sophomore self-written, recorded and produced effort by aplegate, following the little known 'delightful child' ep of 2015. While largely influenced by the work of strong and creative female vocalists (Kimbra, Elizabeth Fraser, Stevie Nicks), aplegate also draws fromm more staple pop/art-rock groups (Velvet Underground, Radiohead, The Beatles).
