Bio
Meet Sydney indie rock n roll band Apollo Hooks. Guitarist Jules got kicked off a Grinspoon support tour, singer Dylan's Dad wrote the Moving Pictures/Shannon Noll hit 'What About Me', and Theo is Australia's tallest drummer. But that's only just scratched the surface of this mesmerisingly powerful quartet, who are currently making waves on the Australian music scene.
With their totally independent debut album 'Whatever You Do, Don't' cracking the Australian iTunes Top 100 Album chart on release, it's no doubt that these lads are a band to watch. Their debut single, Glass Of Gold, peaked at #9 on the Triple-J Unearthed Charts, and followup single, Chasing The Middle, at #16.
Apollo Hooks have taken no shortcuts in ensuring their debut 'Whatever You Do Don’t' is a great record, and have already proven their ambition has not been unrewarded. With a bright future of national and international touring on the horizon, and with their upcoming EP release in 2018, featuring the anthemic single 'Honey', the best of Apollo Hooks is still to come.
