Archetypes are an alternative/progressive rock band from Brisbane. Their music is a melting pot of vastly different individual influences which culminate in exciting and interesting song writing. Despite these differences in influence, Archetypes have certainly built a distinctive foundation of sound; from galloping rhythms fixed with good ol’ fashioned electric guitar harmonies all the way through to slower, sultry atmospheric melodies.
