Bio

In the current metal climate, many acts flaunt time-signature- bending dexterity, but few turn maniacal bombardment into rewarding and memorable jams. Melding melody and melancholy by way of dual eight-string guitars – the band’s major propelling force – Arteries have surpassed a mere articulation of influences, evolving from the band’s 2013 debut self-titled EP, to a matured representation of self with their forthcoming debut album.

Due out mid 2017, this release is a homeage to Arteries’ evolution as an entity of musicians, songwriters and purveyors of off- kilter riffing. With a full-length on the horizon and a long list of international supports – which includes the likes of Bleeding Through, Norma Jean, Protest The Hero, Earth Crisis, Make Them Suffer and Northlane – the band is solidifying a position as one of Australia’s premiere metal acts.
If your poison is twisted and discordant breakdowns and groovy rhythms, then Arteries has you covered.

This is 4:45 in length and coincidentally that's also how long it took for my soul to escape this fleshy vessel.
