Bio

Atlas and the Attic is an indie rock band emerging from Australia's bustling music scene. Pulling from a wide range of influences from the soulful lyricism of Gang of Youths to the musical complexity of John Mayer, the band burst onto the indie scene in late 2017 with two singles and a string of engaging live performances.
Over the last three years, Atlas and the Attic have released several singles and an EP, completed a couple of tours of Australia’s east coast, and sold out a rowdy hometown gig at South Brisbane’s Milk Factory. In this time the band have become known among peers and fans for high energy performances along with their combination of thought-provoking lyrics and upbeat, cheerful tunes. Like their music, Atlas and the Attic take themselves seriously but know how to have fun.
Since late last year, the four piece have been at work writing and re-writing in preparing for their second EP. The lead single of the untitled release is the new track, Grow, which further cements the bands transition into a more guitar driven style than what they were previously known for.

i'm hearing just a smidge of the killers in this soaring, stirring one from atlas and the attic.

it's a big and earnest brand of rock from this new brisbane crew.
