Clarkie Joey CEO Jords

Auxfire are a Newcastle-based indie rock band which is made up of CEO, Jordan, Clarkie and JG. Formerly known as “The Patriots”, the band in the last two years has released two well received EPs (“No Means Yes” & “Quotations”) gaining them a spot on 2014’s “Groovin’ the Moo” festival Maitland as well as “Triple j” airplay of singles such as “Flowers in Long Grass”, “Another Time”, “Luxembourg” and crowd favorite “High”. The band also were grand finalists in the Australian wide “Red Bull Bedroom Jam 2013” competition.
2015 is set to be yet another big year for the 18 year old scallywags as they head into the studio soon for a third EP. Set to be bigger than anything before, Auxfire has some tough shoes to fill in the shadow of “The Patriots” (packing the GTM main stage at 11am and what not!) but with supporting the likes of “The Getaway Plan”, “Lime Cordiale” and “Ocean Alley” it is easy to see that this band’s music and live performance is something to be taken very seriously.

Our brand new single titled "You" was recorded at The Grove Studios (Silverchair, The Whitlams, Last Dinosaurs) with Jack Nigro. The song was then mastered by Steve Smart (Vance Joy, Flume, The Vines, Dma's) at Studios 301 in Sydney.

Triple J

Has that kick and jump to it that keeps the energy going.
