    Aviator Lane are an Adelaide based indie rock band and have supported international bands such as Low, Okkervil River, Jason Molina (Songs: Ohia, Magnolia Electric Co.) and The Willard Grant Conspiracy, as well as Australian acts Holly Throsby, Dappled Cities Fly, The Mess Hall, Clare Bowditch & the Feeding Set, Sodastream and many others. They toured Europe in late 2007 and appeared at the 2008 Adelaide leg of the Laneway festival. 2008 was spent recording their debut album Common Distance. The record was mixed by Tim Whitten and Jed Palmer and mastered by Roger Seibel in Phoenix, Arizona. The album is due out in June 2009 and is being supported by a national tour. Dates are below.
