Bio

Bad Juju entered into the spotlight in 2017 with all guns blazing, creating hard-hitting 90s inspired grunge
rock. Their first song 'Bloom' immediately made an impression, with Triple J Unearthed's Dave Ruby Howe
giving it 4.5 stars saying "Big! It's like a sustained series of body blows."
In 2018, the band released melodic and hook-driven ‘Moving On’, lifted from their debut EP ‘Hidden Desire’.
The release captured the attention of Triple J and Triple J Unearthed, securing an add to full rotation on both
stations, and scoring the band a slot as Unearthed Featured Artist.
Since the release of ‘Hidden Desire’, Bad Juju have been cutting their teeth on the live circuit alongside some
impressive names, including Mayday Parade (US), Trophy Eyes, Dream On Dreamer, and Columbus, as
well as performing at BIGSOUND 2018.
In 2019 the band turned their attention once more to writing and recording a follow-up, and in October
released 'Say It' which also received high praise from Triple J Unearthed and Triple J's Group Music Director
Richard Kingsmill, who gave it 4 stars saying "You fucking mean it. I can tell. All bands should."
In 2020 Bad Juju are back and ready to hit the scene again in a big way. After a couple of years honing their
sound and making the live show better than ever, the band are excited to follow up on 'Hidden Desire' andshow everyone what they're made of.

I love a song of confession that is screamed from a mountain top. Loud and proud stuff again from these guys.

Another solid, emotional belter from these four. I love the balance between going in hard and the let go. Great stuff legends!

This is like when the teen goth behind the counter at the nondescript fast food establishment throws in free fries to go with your post hardcore riff burger. Just like that.
