Bio

Baltimore Poet are a high energy, emotive and honest 5 piece Rock/Alternative band from Adelaide, Australia.

Having aligned together from all over the country, Baltimore Poet have developed a signature writing style matching intense and heavy hitting riffs with honest and meaningful lyrics. Having the benefit of multiple song writers and many different influences, the band has been able to skilfully craft their very unique blend of songs and continue to develop their music further and further.

Coupled with their intense and entertaining live performances, Baltimore Poet have become a mainstay in the Australian Rock/Alternative scene, gaining recognition on local radio stations all over the country.

Sharing the stage with local and international heavyweights such as Dead Letter Circus, Clint Boge, I Am Giant (NZ), Villainy (NZ) & Thousand Foot Krutch (Canada) has given the band many opportunities to play to large audiences and full houses, constantly providing energy and passion for every minute they are on stage. “We have been blessed to have played with some of the very best bands & artists, not just in Australia, but in the world, and we relish every show and every opportunity to get on stage and share a piece of ourselves with the most amazing crowds imaginable” "Every time we play a show, we potentially play to someone new.....we want to give them the best Baltimore Poet experience possible" - Chris Vick

2017 has already seen a successful beginning to the year for the band having played sold out shows at Adelaide's Fringe Festival and further success with the release of the bands new EP "Paper Planes And Promises" peaking at Number 4 on the Rock charts.

With plans to now switch their focus back to live shows and to tour Australia on the back of the record, expect to be seeing Baltimore Poet in a city near you.
