Artist:Banana Hammock

Banana Hammock was formed in the current format in 2010 by 4 mates who grew up in Townsville playing music, all of whom had played together before in other bands and projects, before Hazy and then Dave spent time overseas. Since returning and forming the band, Banana Hammock has played several gigs a week on the local covers scene developing quite a local following. Simultaneously, the band has been writing original music that documents many of the common experiences shared by bands playing on the covers scene. While dispersed with some more serious songs, most of the tunes take a tongue-in-cheek attitude and are written with a sense of humor. First and foremost, the band loves playing rock, sharing a beer, and having a laugh!
