Bio

Basil's Kite are a 4 piece experimental math-rock hailing from god's gift to Australia, the holy land of Wollongong. 2013's 'Technicolour Fuckfest' EP was the band's debut, seeing the crowd favourite tracks Dickbutt and 100 Problems emerge while also receiving a great deal of positive reception online. But now, in 2015, Basil's Kite have released their 'Celestial Shitshow' EP, touching on memories of past homes (Hodge's Sex Palace), the political environment of 1980's Britain (Margaret Thatcher's Dream Catcher), outdated references (Kony 2012) and the life and times of Demi Lovato (Demi Lovato's Addicted to Avocados).
