Formed in 2006 at the Contemporary Music College when four unlikely cohorts were thrust together and told to make artistic noises, Behind Chicken Wire have been playing to rave reviews (well, one rave review) ever since that fateful day. Before too long, four became five with the addition of Ben Corbett on Guitar and light cleaning duties, and at Bens suggestion the group decided to abandon their earlier path of the Emo-Gregorian chant genre they had been pioneering to pursue a career in politics. That didnt work out, so returning to the music scene BCW settled on playing a mix of Folk, Pop, Jazz and whatever else they could cram in there.
