The beings are a Melbourne 4 piece, capable of delivering a devastating sound on a grand scale. Their live set paints an epic picture. Vocals soar over swirling, screaming guitar sounds and drums deliver blow after blow. Their performance is adrenalin charged with a physical energy that matches the dynamic sounds they seem to pull off effortlessly. Songs are emotive and cleverly crafted, either bringing forth a melodic tenderness or an angst that threatens to tear down all ones defenses. . With their second EP “Near Enough Is Good Enough” firmly in hand the beings have had a major start to 2006 with support slots with UK hype band The Cribs and Riff Random along with shows at the Hi-Fi bar, The Palace, The Espy and Ding Dong Lounge respectively. NEIGE is a self-funded, four track EP that was recorded and mixed by Matt Maddock (SFK, Screamfeeder) at Sing Sing through out 2005, and is currently being pressed ready for release.
