      About

Kicking their way out of the few remaining music venues in St Kilda, and getting banned from each one of them along the way, into mainstream festival slots across Europe, the Kicks have proven Melbourne’s fabled rock and roll swagger hasn’t died. A live show like no other, one that shows absolute commitment to the reasons people start bands in the first place. They’ve been joined on stage by everyone from Spencer P Jones to Dimi Dero to members of The Gin Club. Toured Europe multiple times and released 2 E.P’s. The Kick’s third studio album is due early in 2014, with a production team that includes Lindsay Gravina (Rowland S. Howard, Cosmic Psychos, Magic Dirt) and Andy McGee (Founder, Shock Records)
