Feelings of loneliness and nostalgia are manifested sonically by this two-piece Dream Pop project, intent on evoking an appreciation of the beauty to be found within such emotions. Born out of Melbourne, Australia, Bleach Dream is the collaboration of long-time friends Marty Greensil and Dave O’Kane who each bring a rich background of experience and influence to the sound they have created together. O’Kane’s graceful vocals float in and out between Greensill’s guitars echoing like reflections from a happier time. Fans of classic Dream Pop and Shoegaze will enjoy Bleach Dream’s modern take on the genre with their own sound inspired by greats such as The Cure, DIIV, and Wild Nothing.
