Bio

BLKMPIRE is looking at new ways to create and connect Blak Song to the areas of our Community that need it the most. BLKMPIRE is about prioritising Music as a healing tool, to activate where Community is inactive, to transform this Country in a manner that only music can. Thats our mission statement. At the core, we aim to be a Family that moves in a manner that is more about Us as First Peoples, and be less concerned and driven by western industry practices as they cane extremely harmful for our Community. The first Fam that we worked with are Marlon & Rulla, two beautiful Brothers whose unique journeys come together to create a powerful story and space that we haven't seen yet in this Country. Tune out to tune in, we are guided and inspired but the love of our people, of our country, of our want and desire to turn this House of Ours, into a Home.

Endearing, empowered, full of sincerity and an honour to listen to it.

A fusion of sounds that feels heartfelt and authentic. BLKMPIRE speaking the realness.
