Blue Royal is an Electronic Music Duo based in Sydney Australia, comprising of singer-songwriter, Cassandra Braslin and Producer, Ryan Papa. Ryan & Cassandra first crossed paths in the early 2000s in their native Canberra, at club nights Ryan was DJing. Years later, having both relocated to Sydney, they reconnected to start a new collaboration. Twelve months on they had written and recorded a number of songs that formed their debut album. Before moving to Sydney to work as a Producer and Engineer, Ryan’s DJ career took him all over the world, including headlining the Resident Advisor Tour in 2003 and performing on Triple J’s Mixup alongside Underworld’s, Darren Emerson. His distinctive underground house sound was both musical and textured and culminated in the release of his debut artist album titled, "Time Machine".
