Bio

Bones and Jones worship '60s gems and write timeless future classics. The gang of six grew up on Victoria's Surf Coast, and have spent more than their share of time in the waves and sand, and in the garage. Despite the same sonic scratchy exterior that makes garage psych/pop rock so enticing, Bones and Jones manage to cover a similar spectrum of colour and emotion that made bands like The Kinks and The Rolling Stones so loved.

2018 saw the band release single 'Social Anxiety' and their debut LP 'Living Given' to sold out shows in Melbourne, touring it up the east coast of Australia to much excitement and critical acclaim.

With a swag of scintillating live shows under their belt, Bones and Jones have become a must see, being selected to showcase at the inaugural Changes Music Summit in 2018 by industry representative body Music Victoria, supporting Twin Peaks (USA) in 2018 and The Nude Party (USA) in 2019, and gracing their first festival stages at New Years Evie 2018/19 and Grampians Music Festival 2019.

Soaking in the sun with a lemonade and smile while this one plays. I mean not literally, but that's where you'd taken me.

Always a delight to be hearing new music from Bones and Jones! Always one of my favourite bands to be getting new music from. Your songwriting is my favourite. This one’s a cruisey take and those guitars sound like sunshine.
