Sydney’s Botanics will unveil their fresh roots hip-hop sound in a 3 part series release of their brand new sophomore album “The Fabric”. Part one will feature a 6 track release entitled “What the Deal is,” going out to media on 1st April 2010, followed by an independent online release on 20th April 2010. The first single, also entitled “What the Deal Is” is an anthemic statement that Botanics are not a dated speck in the growing Aussie hip-hop market, but they are making their mark with their unique song arrangements and sound which are fast becoming identifiable with Botanics’ name. “Botanics are not just a hip hop band, they extend further than that and appeal to a wider audience.
