Meeting shortly after Sam (Vocals) responded to an advert on gumtree posted by Matt (Drums) no one would have foreseen the adventure that lay ahead for Breakaway. Touring with childhood heroes Taking Back Sunday, The Used, Anberlin + more and releasing music reaching fans around the world all as a completely independent & self managed band. Almost a decade later and Breakaway are still determined to keep kicking down doors.
