Bio

The Bright Young Things are a Dark Synth Rock band formed in Sydney, Australia in 2011. Originally a two piece upon the bands inception, the outfit grew over time to become a five piece band while honing a brooding yet deep pop sound.

Their new album 'Ghostly Confidence' was produced, engineered and mixed in house by Rich Mammoliti at Black Wall Studios and mastered at Studios 301 by Steve Smart (Vance Joy, Tash Sultana, The Living End).

Channelling the new wave sensibilities of Depeche Mode and New Order and splicing them with 00’s rock influences like The Killers and Future Islands, The Bright Young Things created a sound that feels new and mysterious yet warm and nostalgic. The Bright Young Things look forward to touring nationally and releasing music videos and singles throughout 2020.

i can hear your love of the killers with some of the national in the mix too. there's some real good ingredients in here.
