Melbourne singer/songwriter Cathy Field took to crafting songs at a later age than most, the visual arts being more predominate in her earlier life, but always having a love of singing and playing music from a young age. In her mid thirties she began performing at venues as a solo artist at various melbourne pubs, bars and other events, and in more recent years has performed at various festivals, such as Didgefest , 7 Sisters and The Gathering. Having recorded her first demo cd in 2006, she completed her Debut EP ' Until the river ends' NOV 2008, and it was officially launched in 2009 @ The Penny Black.
