Chloe Bartlett is an 18-year-old singer/songwriter who breaks the barrier of sounding “different” to make her sound unique. Her voice and writing style is unique and her aim is to break onto the world platform by being different. Her grasp on the Pop sound and her ability to make it raw makes her voice and approach to music special.
