Bio

Emo punk group Clay J Gladstone was formed in 2020, comprised of current and former members of powerhouses Resist the Thought, Caulfield, and Buried in Verona.

The band formed when childhood enemies Clay J and Johnny David, finally decided to bury the hatchet and start a racket. They then recruited Cole and Kabz, to act as both the glue and the buffer that keeps Clay J Gladstone a tight, tumultuous, forceful, and fully functional collective.

Clay J Gladstone has just dropped their debut EP Dead Friends with many in the Au punk and hardcore scene labelling it the emo release of 2021. With only a year to their name as a band, they are looking to shake up the scene with some big plans.

Clay J just cannot miss. This track is SO damn good. It's very very hard to walk that fine line between a song you can mosh to and a song you can dance to, but Clay J make it seem so easy. Loving the cowbell.
