Bio

Since taking a bit of a breather from his solo stuff, Moore’s had plenty on his musical plate as part of Big White and New Lovers. Having spent a bunch of time travelling the world, new ideas for his debut record started sprouting in the most unlikely of places: from church basements in Denver to burnt out high schools in Amsterdam. Upon returning home, Moore teamed up with a bunch of mates and recorded the tracks he’d written on the road.

‘No Matter How Hard’ is his the first taste from his forthcoming album. A certified motivational track, topped off with Moore’s signature 80’s buzz, this one’s guaranteed to pick you up and get you moving.

Of the forthcoming record ‘CMM’, Moore says “the body of work steeps heavily in narrative between cultural idols and the unaware self.” Stay tuned, it’s due out in September through Dinosaur City Records.

Such a lively mixup here! It's urgent and will make you jerk your body around like something that resembles dancing.

Love Cody's indignant delivery on this track. It works really well alongside the ghostly mix of dub bass and post-punk guitar angularity.
