COHLAJ are a Sydney based indietronica band that have been getting weird together since early 2015. The eclectic threesome combines sampled and live music to create a delicious blend of electro-pop and theatrical grunge. Consisting of Javier (beats and programming), Alicia (vocals) and Jesse (guitar) Cohlaj do as their name suggests chopping, slicing and rearranging fragments of sounds to serve up a dish that will sate you appetite for catchy hooks, filthy dubstep synths, funky guitar, 80’s club beats and smooth sparkling vocals.
