Cortext has been putting pen to page since 2000, developing and honing his lyrical style and performance. Taking his roots in Denmark, South West WA, he migrated to Perth in 2009 to pursue his passion. Since then he has collaborated with many talented artists from his city and across the globe. Having shared the stage with the likes of Immortal Technique, Atmosphere, KRS-One and Cypress Hill, he has honed his abilities and presence under some of the culture's best. Having released consistent material over the last 10 years, the stage is set for Cortext to go forth and get it. He hopes to make a positive mark on his culture and the planet, and keep inspiring independent thought and creativity through his art and his actions.
