Costa Rae will be familiar to fans of Dubbly, however there are richer textures at play here. Combining classic songwriting with an indie twist, Costa Rae's harmonic sense is reminicant of an era gone by. Think 70's California but with an undeniably Australian flavour. There is also a strong south American influence as Fernando's Brazilian heritage shines thru. All this combines to produce a unique Folk/rock blend. As Dubbly they have toured both Australia and Brazil extensively playing premier venues and festivals such as Peats ridge and Open arms festival. They have enjoyed healthy airplay on JJJ, Fbi and across community radio as well as featured on several surf vids.
