Artist:David Grimson

David Grimson is a solo musician from Ballarat, Victoria. He has been a part of the Ballarat music scene in different bands since 2003, playing a variety of styles, including Jazz, Blues, Rock, Grunge, and also as a solo acoustic artist. One of these bands, Garland, supported End of Fashion at their Ballarat show in 2004. David has been playing music since he was 13, and as well as singing and playing guitar, he also plays bass guitar and piano. David studied music throughout his secondary education, and also at tertiary level, completing an Advanced Diploma of music (Jazz/Pop) in 2004, and in 2006 taught jazz at the same course. David also has a keen interest in production, and this is shown in this EP, which he wrote, performed, mixed, and produced himself. In 2008/9 he was focused mainly on playing in a band, but after a short break from music, in june 2010 David started playing live again, mainly in ballarat, at the mallow and babushka bar.
