Bio

DAY SPA is a Sydney-based electronic band consisting of brother/sister duo Esther Rose and Julius Gibson. Eerie harmonies weave in and out of gritty electronic beats and earthy soundscapes. DAY SPA’s interests lie in the dichotomies (and general madness) of the human experience – with themes of isolation, darkness and chaos are met with the redemptive power of nature.

There're a few movements to the track as elements duck in and out. Heavy bits and hopeful moments fight for preeminence and its deftly done.

Cool how this one is just pulsing with darkness. If you vibe their influences (Fever Ray, Burial, Oneohtrix Point Never) then you'll likely find something to chew on in this.

I feel like I've just touched down with my inner spiritual self. This brings Bjork or Enya to mind when I listen to this. Both your voices are great, the instrumental, the beats, those ethereal sounds. Brilliant!
