Bio

DELOS isn't your typical Synthwave affair. Intended to recreate rich soundscapes with epic drum sounds, this Retro influenced futuristic record allows its listeners to live out their most imaginary fantasies in their musical journey. However, the musical landscape of layering synth work has evolved into a emotive direction that is similar to, yet diverges from retrowave. For any who wish to be indulged; this EP is recommended for your late night commuting.

Set at the intersection of the near future and the reimagined past, explore a world in which a musical journey can be indulged without consequence.

Beau McKee (DELOS) is an Australian based producer, and was a founding member and Drummer of Internationally successful band “Closure in Moscow” whom were signed to Equal Vision Records. Beau then took a step away from the drums to explore the music production and engineering side of the process at his home base in Melbourne Australia. Beau has begun building his new studio in the hills, where he gained inspiration from nature and nostalgia. This is where Beau wrote his debut EP.

Woah, this synth wizardry is impressive. Influences on point but you add your own epic touch to everything.

YES! An instant icon of a song for me. Giving me serious 80's nostalgia and I'm living for it. Already have the picture of kids riding their bikes playing through my head. YES! An instant icon of a song for me. Giving me serious 80's nostalgia and I'm living for it. Already have the picture of kids riding their bikes playing through my head. I really like the driving force of the song, it's not repetitive and you can definitely feel it building into something big. Love that step by step ascending and descending pattern that starts off by itself then more layers are added to create a masterpiece of textures and layers. Please post more!
