Formed in 2007, delSanto is the joining of two accredited Sydney based bands; it includes the musical talents of Mitch Croker (guitars) and Mark Spiteri (drums) from Tripgauge with Steve Taylor (vocals) former frontman of Dreamshifter, and introducing new guns Kris Pipitone (guitars), Paul Salisbury (bass) Banding together as delSanto, this 5 piece is defined as a cocktail of hard-hitting guitars, thumping drum beats, fat bass grooves and infectious melodies. A creative collision of individuals focused on thoughtfully written and technically engaging songs bound to produce a highly regarded live show. delSanto emerged from the studio, where they’ve recorded their self-titled debut EP with acclaimed producer Phillip McKellar (Silerchair, Grinspoon, Kisschassy…). This 2 song EP has resulted in the makings of world-class sounding talent and a musical collage of well crafted compositions that have produced a unique brand of rock.
