Bio

Deluso is a 3 piece Alt/Punk/Pop outfit based in Brisbane.

Having self-released their debut EP titled "Floods" in Feb 2018, Deluso has been busy making new friends/fans within their tightly-knit music scene by playing a variety of gigs and showcases, from dimly-lit, sweat-box floor-shows to larger support slots for notable acts such as Waax, Slowly Slowly, Dear Seattle and West Thebarton.

Deluso's sound takes big cues from earlier 90s and 2000s pop, punk, alternative movements, as well as a wealth of modern influences. The band have also been cited as having "a very Brisbane sound" - a label which can only be left up to individual interpretation.

The "Floods" EP is available NOW via Bandcamp and Spotify, etc.

The vocals in the chorus are melting with so much goodness, and the songwriting is stunning. I'm loving the emo and punk-ish vibes throughout the track, with a little bit of pop punk thrown in. It just flows so well, and those guitars are really adding another wonderful element and layer to the overall production. Please make a trip down to Melbs ASAP, I must see you guys play live. I honestly can not wait to hear more! x
