Bio
Dial Tone is a predominantly psych-rock orientated band who formed early 2019, based out of Sydney’s southern suburbs. Their music contains an abundance of sweet sonic layers and marvellous hooks that leave you craving for an encore.
Consisting of good mates Griffin Burda (Guitar/Keys), Tommy Charlwood (Guitar/Vocals), Ben Donnelly (Drums) & Lachlan Smithers (Bass), the outfit originated from bedroom demos recorded by Tommy and upon the inclusion of other members, it matured into the band you hear now.
Their first single ‘Mend’ – an upbeat psych-pop jam, is available on all major streaming services, featuring a B-side demo of ‘Far Away’ that pays homage to the bands side of rock-orientated influences. Both tracks were written by Tommy, and produced/mixed by Ben.
With an EP in the works, you better hang around and stay tuned, as the group are only just getting started – more live dates will be announced soon.

Sinking into this indie sound that's no frills all chills.
