      On the scene for almost five years The Disguise awaken from yet another extended slumber, this time to play our final show and deliver a soundtrack to Perth’s never ending urban sprawl and the peculiarities of growing older. Sharing common members with the likes of Apricot Rail & Wolves at the Door, The Disguise play songs of honesty and devoid of pretention that recall the sounds & ideals of the mid to late 90’s guitar bands. New single “Shipyard” typifies this, sounding like a long lost pop gem with a boy/girl vocal approach at the forefront. Elsewhere tracks such as “Frozen Faces” & “Through the Looking Glass” showcase a marriage of dreamy vocals, strange pop structures & outward guitar experimentation. Although The Disguise are calling it a day, we are excited at the opportunity to leave a legacy through one final live show in the form of an album launch. Sharing us on stage the night will be beautiful songstress Kathryn Tree Rollins, local psychedelic oddballs Seams & Brisbane ...
