Divine Mechanism comes from Melbourne and is made up of a composer/arranger Gareth and classical singer Katie. Katie, originally from Perth, has performed as a soloist in Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Hong Kong, the United Kingdom, the United States and New Zealand. She has performed in many vocal ensembles and in productions and has worked as a choral director with various vocal ensembles in Melbourne and Perth. Gareth has jointly composed orchestral works and is expanding his musical vocabulary to include electronic composition and production. Both forms of music are now part of Gareth's creative repertoire.
