Bio

Now three year 10 students, we originally formed as a band in March 2004 as a bunch of scared little 12 year old kids, over three years ago with Imants on lead guitar, Cameron on bass and Hamish on drums. It didn't seem to matter at the time that none of us could actually play instruments. After playing for 6 months without a singer Imants bravely put his hand up to sing, but it only took a few shows with people having to put up with Imants' incessant yowling for Cameron to decide that it would be better if he sang and it has been like this ever since. In about May 2005 they wrote their first song that didnt suck, and did our first gig that didn't suck soon afterwards. Despite playing nearly every large and medium venue in the area, from March 2004 to June 2007, a period of almost three years, Dodging Traffic's combined earnings is yet to climb to climb above fifty five dollars, which equates to roughly $1.50 a month, or 4.93 cents per day. Corporate trash, they are not. we have recently completed recording of our debut EP titled cameltoe which we will be releasing ourselves in the not too distant future. please check us out further by going to our Myspace page www.myspace.com/dodgingtrafficpunk

This is a fine piece of writing, it combines all the elements of a great punk tunes, and the catchiest of choruses. a stand out song.
