Forming as a 4 piece (Dave Plenty-drums, Kurtis Russell-keys, Doug Evans- bass & Glenn Whitehall- vox/guitar) late in 2014 to play a short show of unfinished songs and bad banter, DTD have since added guitarist/singers Steve Tonge & Jono Lim to the lineup, played supports for Aus blues icons Russell Morris, Marshall O’Kell and Ray Beadle, headline shows around Sydney, and through 2016 played Australian Music Week, Sydney Blues & Roots Festival and the ANZ Blue Stage as part of Spectrum Now. Their first release "THE BREAKER EP”, (Matt Fell, Love Hz Studios) saw singles "The Breaker" briefly snagging #1 on the iTunes Australia blues chart, and "Secondhand Blues" spending 5 weeks in the Amrap Regional Top 10. 2016 single “So Heavy” (Tim Mcartney, Hercules Studios) released in November with proceeds going to the Movember foundation to assist men’s mental health and suicide prevention.
