Bio

2018 was a big year for Dover Island. Stellar support slots with Approachable Members of Your Local Community and Slowly Slowly - all without having released a single track. The three indie-rockers from Melbourne have just laid down the foundations for their first extended play, but are launching into the public eye with their debut single 'Casey'.

Cutting their teeth in the studio with Ben Stewart (Slowly Slowly), Dover are stoked to get their first ever track out and about. The band pride themselves on their DIY attitude, hence the choice of a garage as a rehearsal space.

Ruff and ready Australian squall from this trio. They clatter a good kitchen's worth of pots and pans on this recording, I'm keen to hear them keeping on.

Lots of posi vibes for you guys over on your page! I can't wait to hear more too. This is just the start. I think the songwriting is strong, it'll only get stronger too. It's raw and honest. I also like the DIY, raw overall affect you've got going on! keep killin it!
