Artist:Down South Crew

The Down South Crew took their humble roots in Denmark, South West WA. Cortext and Aero.D have been friends since primary school, but it was the shared love for hip hop which developed later on that led them to link up and form the DSC. Since their formation in 2005, the DSC, as well as the 2 MCs other projects, have performed many gigs in the South West region, including support acts for The Waifs, Little Birdy, Salmonella Dub, Downsyde and Morganics. They combine a unique mix of styles in their music, from fast-paced club tracks to slow mournful ballads. Whatever style they adopt, the DSC bring the phat beats and rolling funky flows that keep the party crackin.
