Yes, I'm a redhead (once a redhead, always a redhead) - hence, Dr Carrot. I'm a clinician in the health industry, hence, Dr Carrot. But mainly, I believe rewards (carrots) work better than punishments (sticks). Primarily, when applied to people motivating themselves.
