The Drafts' are a four-piece indie rock band whose sound draws from the likes of post-punk revivalists, 'The Strokes' & 'Arctic Monkeys', and Australian acts such as 'Silverchair' and 'Powderfinger'. The group's core members consist of Justin Frew (Vocals & Guitar), Dan 'Deebs' Border (Lead Guitar & Back-up Vocals) and brothers Jack (Drums) and Tom Beioley (Bass Guitar). Together, the Brisbane natives have developed a diverse discography, seamlessly exploring various sub-genres of rock. Since January 'The Drafts' have played gigs at The Milk Factory, Crowbar, The Bearded Lady and Lefty's where fans were treated to old bangers such as Masquerade Charade and So Lonely, as well as some new additions. These new additions include Wasted and Confide, which evoke a rugged sensitivity reminiscent of Phoenix rockers, 'Jimmy Eat World'.
