Bio

Echo Adore are a two piece from the isolated city of Perth, Western Australia, consisting of Damian Diggs and Oliver James. The pair have been crafting their own brand of gloom pop and melancholy rock; predominantly focused on the subjects of isolation, anxiety and love. Their sound is influenced by artists like The Smiths, Interpol and The Church.

Despite only being active for a few months, Echo Adore were already receiving praise in their home town for their debut single "Caught In History", being nominated by WAM (Western Australian Music) in the 'Pop Song of the Year 2019' category and given the honour of opening the night for the inauguration ceremony.

In 2020, a year of great challenges, Echo Adore has had to postpone a lot of their release plans until now. Fresh from playing WAMFest 2021, the band is preparing to launch the first single 'See Red' from their forthcoming debut EP 'Lumiere' with a a string of local and regional shows.

Very correct '80s indie sound in here. That bass has just shuffled over from the Disintergration sessions.
